partners, University Bank has created a portfolio of prepaid products that promote financial
services to both individuals looking for an alternative to a traditional bank account and
businesses looking for ways to reduce costs related to payroll, commission or incentive
payments. These national programs expand University Bank's mission to be "The

Prepaid Program Types

General Spend Programs - Card based checkless checking accounts with no credit
checks required. We offer options that replace check cashing fees and allow for
bill payment and card services that previously were not accessible without a credit
history.

Payroll Programs - Payroll and commission payments directly to a card from your
employer.

Corporate Incentive and Bonus Program - Employee or customer rewards cards
can replace cash bonuses or small dollar check issuances.
